►外國學生實習權益

【專科以上學校維護外國學生受教權益查核指標】檢核指標2-7.辦理校外實習課程事宜，應符合下列規定：

(1)除新南向國際產學合作專班外，校外實習，應依教學需求規劃，並與本國生一致，不得為外國學生另行安排實習。

(2)校外實習課程，應符合現行實習相關法令規定。

(3)校外實習學分數及實習時數，應依課程核實設計，並具合理性；其修習時間以週一至週五白天為原則，學生因故未能參與實習者，應採取替代方案。

►Rights and benefits of foreign students' internships

The handling of off-campus internship programs should comply with the following regulations:

(1) Except for the New Southbound International Industry-Academia Collaboration Program, off-campus internships should be planned according to instructional needs and be consistent with domestic students. Separate arrangements for internships for foreign students are not permitted.

(2) Off-campus internship programs should comply with current laws and regulations related to internships.

(3) The number of credits and internship hours for off-campus internships should be verified and designed according to the curriculum, and should be reasonable. The internship period should generally be from Monday to Friday during daytime. In the case where students are unable to participate in the internship due to special circumstances, alternative arrangements should be made.
